SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE AND THE VENTRILOQUIST-IN-CHIEF is an 8X10 limited edition, signed print. It was made with a found 1940s pamphlet cover on learning ventriloquism. In my adapted version, Speaker of the House Mikey Johnson is shown on the knee of our Ventriloquist-in-Chief.
