WHAT MAY MISSED

So, May's dead and look at what she missed! And because this work was first done 20 or so years ago, I could add to the list of things she missed: Covid, Trump, Spanx, iphones, vacuums, Kardashians, bitcoin (whatever the hell that is,) self-driving cars, Oprah-approved undergarments, all those dreadful social media things, and Purple Passion Satisfiers. And and and TRUMP! I have just updated May's photo with a new found cabinet card. BTW May has a mate here on Artspan. He's Mel. (Who was shown in "35 Artists of North America" in North Adams, Mass in an exhibit curated by the former head of the Guggenheim.) They are mixed media works using found cabinet photos and acrylics on a 24x18 stretched canvas.The originals. May and Mel together again. Ain't love grand.
